The short version. We republish arrest and court records that New Mexico agencies already release publicly. An arrest is an accusation, not a conviction — all persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. If a record about you is wrong, resolved, or you simply want it gone, ask us to correct or remove it. Correcting an inaccurate record is always free.

We are a news publication, not a consumer reporting agency, and this site is not a background check. We link to court sites, sheriff's offices, NamUs, the New Mexico Department of Public Safety registry, and the businesses listed in our directory. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they do with your information once you leave.
